For the festival of Eid, we bring you dishes such as Nasi Kerabu, dyed a beautiful blueish hue from the petals of the butterfly pea. Accompanied with a mouth-watering bursts of flavors like laksa leaves, salted eggs and longbeans, it serves as a good base for other dishes such as our rendition of Wagyu Beef Rendang.
Stewed for hours on end with herbs such as tumeric, ginger, lemongrass, shallots and galangal, punchy and fragrant flavors penetrate every tender piece of succulent wagyu beef.
